CANCELLATIONS - REFUNDS POLICIES

- The client has the right to cancel the reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment and to reschedule within 3 months from the date of purchase, reservation deposit and prepaid visits. Otherwise, prepaid services will be canceled.

- In the case that the customer wishes to change their reservation for services of a lesser value than those scheduled, beyond the 24 hours to which they are entitled, the value of the original scheduled service is calculated.

- In the case of a prepaid visit or advance booking, if the client has not informed of cancellation 24 hours in advance or does not show up for their appointment, they are not entitled to a refund.

- Late arrivals cannot receive an extension of service time. Being late for your appointment may result in a reduction in service time at the original price.

- In case of group booking, 50% of the total amount is paid in advance. In case of prepayment, all of the above apply and if one or more people do not show up for their appointment, they are not entitled to a refund and the remaining amount of the visit will be charged as normal.

GIFT CARDS

The redemption of the gift card has a time limit of 3 months from its purchase and its redemption is only possible by appointment.
